You know what they say about British weather — unpredictable at best, chaotic at worst. And yet, somehow, it always adds a little something extra to a wedding day.
Last weekend I had the absolute pleasure of photographing this lovely couple who didn't let a few drops of rain ruin their special day. In fact, they embraced it - umbrellas in hand, grinning from ear to ear, dancing through the drizzle like it was confetti and I was there to capture it all.
Truth is, when couples are relaxed and roll with whatever the weather throws at them, the photos come out even better! There's something about the wind catching the veil or a bit of laughter under a brolly that makes for the most beautiful, real moments. No stress, no fuss, just love, fun and those bursts of magic that only happen when you let go and enjoy the ride.
